Migration is one of the most complex phenomena that shapes global societies, economies, and cultures. This paper explores migration studies from an interdisciplinary perspective, incorporating insights from policy, culture, and economics. The study focuses on how migration policies influence migration trends, how cultural exchanges affect both migrants and host communities, and how migration impacts economic development. Using case studies from Pakistan, the paper examines the push and pull factors driving migration, the social and economic challenges faced by migrants, and the policy frameworks that shape migration dynamics. The article concludes by suggesting ways to improve migration policies and practices to ensure a more inclusive and equitable approach to migration.
